Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)
If you are a consumer residing within the European Union (EU), you have the legal right under EU consumer protection laws to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unworn and undamaged
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include all accessories and protective films
- Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or order number
Customers Outside the European Union
The EU right of withdrawal does not apply to orders delivered outside the European Union.
Returns for international orders outside the EU are accepted only in accordance with the Lioré Lior Returns Policy and are subject to approval by our customer support team.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may be eligible to return the product in accordance with our Returns Policy.
